And so the year has begun.
We’re a week in and so far organisation is key to my writing. It’s a constant battle of scheduling and organisation, and a romance writer to whom none of this comes naturally, it means there’s a lot of lists and constant diary referral. (I’m old school. I still schedule in an actual hard copy diary.)
For the rest of the year I’m going to kick up my journaling as well, but my priority is writing. I’m planning to get more books out there, get more writing done, work harder.
But it’s no good only planning though. It only matters if the words are down. You can only call yourself a writer if you actually write.
Story lines are being plotted, characters are being created and manuscripts are being submitted. Romance is blossoming between characters, but I’m venturing away from paranormal romance, just for a little while. I’m visiting a small town to help a doctor and a receptionist find love.
